All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery dates are estimates and can vary based on your location.

3. Damaged or Broken Items (7-Day Limit)

If your product arrives broken or damaged, you must report it to us within a maximum of 7 days from the delivery date.

  • Mandatory Requirement: You must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the unopened package and the damage.

  • Strict Deadline: Requests made after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
